DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) is an essential substance manufactured by the adrenal glands. Although the body naturally produces it, an individual’s DHEA level varies throughout his or her life. Another important property of DHEA is its natural ability to be converted into the hormone most needed by the individual. Men need and produce estrogen as well as testosterone, and women need and produce testosterone as well as estrogen. DHEA levels vary from individual to individual. Adult Usage Information

As a dietary supplement, take one to two tablets of DHEA Complex per day. Not recommended for adults under 35 years of age.
